DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Yes, but due to being signed off work I wasn't able to pay them each month and I was told to send them a CCA but I was obviously misinformed and feel like an idiot now.

There's no need to feel like that at all.

If the account had been opened pre April 2007, it would have been good advise. Unfortunately the rules changed after that date and now the creditor only needs to show a link to yourself.

Remember you don't have to stick to there stupid 28 day cycle and ANY charges are unlawful and can be reclaimed.

just remember the silly DCA's and their threats are toilet paper

they are not bailiffs

andf have no such legal powers.

so how much do you owe

and

have the been bumping up the debt with PENALTY charges

and PPI?

cat debts are very lowlevel in priority.
