Has anyone had dealings with this online company FABSHOPPER

I paid for a coat over a month ago for my son

it has not arrived and

the tracking number they emailed me is void .

According to them it was sent with Royal Mail but the tracking number doesn't work.

They do not answer their phone and

they say everything has to be done by email but do not answer .

I am very worried and getting angrier by the day.

I don't have a lot of money and

I thought this would have been a nice surprise for my son .

Please can anyone help, I am new to this

How did you pay?

If debit/credit card time to contact your bank and ask for a charge back, Just explain not answering phones or emails and no goods

and you should get your money back.

Hi Ashmk sorry not been back on,

I had a letter from my bank today about the payment to Fabshopper and

they will not do anything because the company have already taken the money.

did you phone your bank and demand a chargeback?

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
