Apologies if this has been posted before, I couldn't see it.

The way of paying charges will change as of Monday and anyone heading around the M25 from the north or east into Kent or towards the Channel will need to pay remotely rather than at a toll booth or machine.

30th November is a Sunday, it starts tomorrow not Monday. The payemnt procedure is broadly the same as how you pay the London Congestion Charge.

One of the team found this article about a man who paid online but can't prove which vehicle it was for.

I also know of someone who took out an account so that payments would be automatically deducted. When they checked the online account, nothing had come out of it. Their registration is a non-UK one, I don't know if that affects the ANPR, but it was registered on the prepaid account.
