Hi, we spent 430 on a lay z spa Monaco hot tub. We bought it in may and it was delivered 25 th June. We've since had to replace the whole pump thrift lay z spa warranty and now it's gone again. We're feed up as we go outside to use it and it's not working. We have spent loads looking after it, correct chemicals cleaning etc.

Can we take back to argos. Want money back

Was it Visa Debit?, then you might be able to carry out a Section 75 claim. You have 120 days to carry out a Chargeback, so you are out of time. You could complain under the SOGA 1974.

I believe 120 days from purchase for a Chargeback. The Which info is wrong. Contact your card provider. You might still be able to make a Section 75 claim, contact them.

 

It was a visa debit card. Don't I have 120 days from when first breaks down??

Check with your card provider. Visa Credit Cards, some Visa Debit cards maybe.

 

Fair enough. With regards to s75 can you do that on a debit card??
