I have had no mobile phone signal at home for 32 days and



been told it will be fixed in January 2015



in the meantime I'm to use their in touch app which is not very good and



they continue to take my £37 a month,



what if anything can I do



I have tried social media, and responder

as well as emailing the executive office they are sticking two fingers up at me


Any advice would be greatly appreciated

You can tell them that a contract it two way and they have breached their side of it. Tell them they can either cancel your contract without penalty or give you a signal and that failure to do either will result in a court claim.



Send it by recorded delivery.
