I got a car on finance in 2012

 

 

I paid £202.36p per month.

 

 

I never missed a payment.

 

 

After 18 months (half way period) I got out of the finance agreement.

 

 

Is there any way I can find out if the agreement had ppi on it.

 

Any help is much appreciated.

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

if your agreement is settled, it will have to be a sar

s79(1) duty to give

 

(2)Subsection (1) does not apply to—

 

 

(a)an agreement under which no sum is, or will or may become, payable by the hirer
