Silly question

I have recieved an offer that I may take up, I have not signed it yet so not legally bound by the conditions of it, no admissions made and a notice i have to send off to discontinue.

Is this all ok and will this be the end of it

A little concerned that if I accept will they ever be able to take a legal action against me in the future.

no they cant you at the claimant

you discontinued under acceptance of the offer.

doesn't mean they cant litigate against you over something else mind..

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Is this by way of a Consent Order ? If so you simply draft into the schedule that the offer and acceptance is in condition that no future litigation is taken in connection to this agreement.

Is their offer favourable ?

We could do with some help from you.
