hi hoping someone can help me

 

 

i would like to know what im entitled to...

 

 

. i got high chance being dismissed for gross misconduct from work from mistake i did on time keeping

,,, an item on counters ..

. i want to know what i can claim

 

 

my dr advised me to go on anti depressants so got see him monday

 

 

my work does not know im under dr for possible depression .

 

 

... i also have to care for disabled adult son at home

 

 

i know about jsa .

..and the sanctions

 

 

but how do i care for my son .

 

 

..if dont have money to pay bills for house for him

and rent

 

 

he is on receipt of esa and high pip

There seem to be two possibilities - you could perhaps claim ESA for yourself on the basis of your depression. However, if you care for your son for more than 35 hours per week then you might be entitled to claim Income Support and Carers Allowance on that basis. When you say he is on "high PIP" do you mean the care component of PIP?

OK, so on that basis, you may well be entitled to Carers Allowance if you care for him for more than 35 hours per week (those hours can include things like cooking his meals, doing his laundry and so on). If you are able to claim CA for him then you may also be able to claim Income Support as his carer. That would be the route I'd look at first.
