On the 16th September i phoned Currys to report my broken tv, it was then picked up for repair on the 18th Sept but brought back to my home on the 23rd sept with a letter stating my tv can not be repaired.

Stating i had to put in writing & send a letter off to your claims investigation team which i did on the 26th sept, i took out insurance with currys on this tv over 7 years ago and was told in store if my tv was to ever brake then it would be repaired or i would get a replacement.

That is the only reason i took out the insurance as i was lead to believe i wouldn't be left without a tv ( how misleading ). As i haven't yet heard anything from you i have had to find the time to send this thread.

Please let me know asap what is happening with my investigation as i am getting very stressed now thinking of all the money i have spent in your stores and on insurance. Not happy to be left without a tv for 2 weeks. My ref..357833..Kersh.

Hi Kersh

Write a Formal Letter of Complaint, mark it as such. Explain what's happened (purchased TV), how they have let you down (haven't repaired / took out insurance / was told Currys would repair/replace under insurance) and what you want them to do (replace / repair). Include your Ref. Number.

Send it to:-
