Erudio - bullying me even though paying whats due - who to complain too?

Hi all,

 

I have been getting for the last four days constant calls from this company,

I have never heard of them and never received anything in the post,

I know refuse to speak to them and ask them as they believe that they have my details

to forward any issues in the post.

 

I also phoned the SLC who confirmed that my case was sold to this company

and I have a repayment arrangement set up and being paid without any defaults.

 

 

I also phoned this so called company Erudio and they confirmed that the calls were blocked

however today i still received calls....

 

I am now in the process of making a serious harassment complaint to both Erudio

and to the Financial Ombudsman and would like to ask everyone for your opinion

and if any one else has made a complaint to both parities

and what responses has been received if any?????

 

I was being deferred for many years until I got a promotion this year

at which point I was requested to make some payments,

which was set up and was running smoothly without issue until now!

 

 

I am not prepared to be bullied or harassed by this.

 

 

I am also looking to contact the local MP to bring this matter to light to parliament,

I know may be an over-reaction but this needs to be brought to the public attention

and I feel that unless we all stand together via going to the top so to speak

and use of Public Media,

 

 

we may be taken serious in the fact that this Private Company is nothing but a bully....

Welcome to the Erudio Nitemare. I would like to point you too MSE forums for guidance about all things Erudio. Just keep a paper trail of all your dealings with Erudio is my advice. AND DON'T PHONE THEM EVER!

 

I got them to desist phoning me using a template letter: there is one on this site in the library tab top left.

I sent an email to them telling them to desist phoning, all contact by letter ONLY. And it worked so far!

 

Could I also ask you to complain to the FCA: http://www.fca.org.uk/site-info/contact With any issues.

 

 

They DONT deal with individual complaints but if WE get enough people to complain they can take action against Erudio.

Telephone harassment letter, send it 2nd class but obtain ''proof of posting'' which is free from the PO counter.

Keep a diary of events, keep copies of all you send and keep all of their puerile threat letters, including envelopes.

 

When they ring, laugh and hang up, note the call in your diary of events with a view of reporting them to the police for the criminal offence of ahrassment.

 

Lodge a formal complaint to the FCA and ofcom regarding the misuse of the communications network.

 

And your local MP is a very good idea

 

When did you get the SL?

 

Who are you currently paying and how much is outstanding?

 

Why have the SLC ''sold'' your account to these?

 

Did SLC give you a notice of assignment at all? Or did erudio just rattle your cage out the blue?
