Hi all

I have received the standard BOG off letter from NatWest.

I think the next step is the LBA, what should I amend the first paragraph to say?

Does anyone else find this all nerve racking - the thought of ending up in court and having to fight my case fills me with dread  , but I want my money back!!

All replies gratefully received

Hi Nathal

The first part of the LBA states that they have failed to respond but as i've received the BOG off letter I have to amend it, just wasn't sure what to put, and don't want to make a mess of it!

Thanks

I just changed the first line to:

I am very disappointed that you have failed to respond to my letter of the (DATE) in the manner expected.

I think that should cover the issue!!
