Can any body tell me where in it says the court orders need to have a seal and signed by the judge . not just stamp.

Form N24 is issued laying out the "order" or "judgement" it states what was ordered by Judge xxxxxx sitting at name of court:

The judgement/order is written up and sealed with a stamp by a court officer.

Any Letters I Draft are N0T approved by CAG and no personal liability is accepted.

I watched a guy Taylor clip on You tube

which seems to be stating that it needs to have a court seal not a stamp and it needs to be signed.

He has had a few reposition orders that has been halted because of this fact.

he also says he has a an expert forensic examiner who can testify to the same.

so i like to do a little research and find out for my self.

and see if any body has heard of this and where to find the info.

Ok so where in the statute books or acts or in the CPS rules does it say that a stamp is all that is required.

The Stamp is the "seal".

CPR 40.2(2)(b):

(2) Every judgment or order must –

(a) bear the date on which it is given or made; and

(b) be sealed(GL) by the court.

http://www.justice.gov.uk/courts/procedure-rules/civil/rules/part40

Seal:- A seal is a mark which the court puts on a document to indicate that the document has been issued by the court.

Now please stop reading the FMOTL websites and nonsense Youtube videos.

Random but I've seen one of these FOTL letters in response to an LBA I had sent. It had a £500 invoice attached from the Debtor for reading our LBA together with a price list for dealing with us and asking for payment lol...

Proceedings incurred an immediate £1k charge!

I wanted to respond but I was told not to engage with the Debtor to in case the bill went up further :(

Would this be the Very same Seal our ahem "creative" freemen insist a Magistrate/Judge must wear or have about their person and if they refuse it on request the hearing cannot go ahead and your freeman then has the right to "arrest" the Mag/Judge for "impersonating an officer of the court?? Snigger :)

I stuck it to the wall... It has pride of place next to the Aston Villa calendar! :D
