DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

thanyou for your reply!!!

i have stopped payments

done a credit check there is a halifax current account

-it says

started 11/4/97 zero balance, updated on 1/6/14

credit limit history 05/50 credit limit £850....

..does this mean the account is still active?

otherwise status is all zero's on it.

i have also come accross an old letter from halifax dating back to the start of the debt 9 years ago,

which they say

"under the terms & conditions of your account, it has been necessary to cancel your credit card repayments cover policy"

is this a ppi

finally i would like to do a SAR to Halifax, there are two credit cards with Halifax, other one posted elsewhere on this site,

who do i make the postal order to?

does it need to be crossed?

do i send it recorded delivery or signed for?

is this the address

card services

Pitreave Business Park

Dunfermline

FiFE

KY99 4BS

as well as looking after my huband,

i have ended up on anti-depressents as everything has got on top of me and having a difficult time coping with everything!!

once again thanks for you kind help

yes that's PPI.

don't worry about the sarl [Luxembourg] DCA

the sar goes to

Halifax data compliance

leave the £10 PO Blank

just use 1st class and free proof of posting fro the PO counter when you get and put the PO in with the SAR letter

and post it there and then.

So they're a couple of weeks out then..

You can send them the 'failed' letter if you wish, but bare in mind that these letters are spat out

by a computer and have no human input, the missive will just be spat out on a regular basis because no-one has

told the computer to stop...

Who ever heard of someone getting a job at the Jobcentre? The unemployed are sent there as penance for their sins, not to help them find work!
