Around 18 months ago I printed the letter to claim back bank charges.

The amount was around £600 but now would be around £750.

I didn't receive any money back but they cancelled the next months charges that were due to come out.

This was around £95.

Now thinking about it and with another £55 to come out on 26th August

I feel like I let it go and should have pushed for more.

Is it too late now or can I re-open the claim?

TIA

was this the BCOBS letter in this forum?

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
