Please could i get some advice... I too suffer at the hands of Park holidays. This time rude obnoxious staff made us leave early, we only stayed 1 night instead of 3 and when we got home i sent in my complaint. park holidays are horrible and showed no compassion and i escaltaed my complaint as the manager of the site couldnt care less. I am at operational manager stage and have asked for a refund of the 2 nights we did not stay and have been refused. how do i esculate further. its not even about the money anymore its about the total lack of customer service and the great lengths park holidays go to Not to refund people. this company is appauling. Any ideas??????
