Is there an explanation as to why the judge has ordered the hearing?

I have an allocation hearing shortly. Thats been ordered ecause the judge needs more information than the AQ offers in deciding which track to allocate my case too.

I got my letter today and its dated Jan 19th - which I think is outrageous. Thats over 10 weeks away. I am goint to ask if there is any information I can provide to get it allocated to the small claims track without the hearing, therefore not wasting the courts time.

Have a chat with Lindy Lou. You'll be meeting her on the 27th anyway.

Spoke to Cambridge court. The nice lady said that because of the large amount of bank cases the judges got together and agreed a date when they could hear a lot of cases so asto hopefully move forward with how to deal with these cases as they dont havea great understanding of the cases.

As far as i can tell it just delays my case an extra 6 weeks before Lloyds settle out of court

I spoke to the court also yesterday, my AH was due to the fact that on the AQ, YB had put that they were going to request for it to be struck out. That is why the judge needs to look at the next step. Even though they have not yet requested this because I have already countered it by writing to request to add the wife.
