i was issued a life time ban

later i realised under pressure and intimidating environment gave them my previous address.

I tried to go back to speak to the store manager and was advised not to visit the store

also as I paid for the items I was told there will be not civil recoveries made.

it will be interesting to know did you actually got a letter from dwf and

guys could please advise is there anything to worry as I gave my previous address.

Should and go back advise them my current address?

and even if I do will they belive that this was a mistake and I wasn't trying to mislead them.

You were under no legal obligation to tell them anything.

Therefore no need to worry. The micky mouse letters are best ignored anyway

No. Just forget about it. As far as sainsburys are now concerned, you do not exist. They would have forgotten about you 5 secs after you left the store.

Any advice i give is my own and is based solely on personal experience. If in any doubt about a situation , please contact a certified legal representative or debt counsellor..

thanks for the reply but another quick one.

i know this may sound a stupid but as they noted my name dob and address and the address I gave them was for a previous property.

do you think I should advise the store manager for correction.

As have been reading in forum people have been contacted for civil recoveries.

and as they have my wrong address I dont want to get into a bigger problem.

However I was also told as I have paid for the item I will not be forwarded for civil recoveries.

Ok. Read my last post and then read it again.

Now, keep reading it until it sinks in. Still not sunk in? Read it again.

Forget about civil recoveries too. They cant do ANYTHING AT ALL to you. Ever. If they send any letters, send them back the one line letter, then ignore them.

In a couple of months, at their busiest trading period, go back into the store, pay for whatever you goods you want, the worst that can happen to you is that they ask you to leave, which they won't.

as far as I was concerned about not knowing if I was contacted by dwf as they have my old address. I gave royal mail redirection service a thought but it has been more than three months I have left the address so I cannot apply for redirection service. so the only resort is to go to the address and request the current tenants to txt or phone me it they get anything by name. which is a bit.

just ignore it and get on with your life. Seriously. We keep telling you what to do, yet you seem to ignore it and ask what if you do something else.

They wont. Read other threads on this forum.

They are LYING and THREATENING you, hoping you get scared ( like you are now), and give them whatever money they ask for.
