Thank you for the e-mail.

As you do not have sufficient funds available immediately then

please be so kind and contact us again as soon as you are able to make

the required down payment and we will then be able to request the best

offer from our Credit Committee.

Kind regards,

Daniel Erma

Hi

I have taken the liberty of editing out identifiable info from your post.

As I see it, they are making it hard for you to set up a repayment plan. Asking for an unaffordable amount is poor practice and should be complained about.

This the registered address.

You could also email the approved person from the FCA register.

This interactive budget planner from National Debtline

https://www.nationaldebtline.org/EW/steps/step2/Pages/Step_2_11.aspx

Will help you work out what you have to play with after essential outgoings.

Offer a payment you can afford, nothing more.

If they refuse, complain.

Have you cancelled the CPA? If not, do so as a matter of urgency. Do it with your bank and then tell Peachy.

You want their bank details to set up a standing order. Do not set up a direct debit or give them your card details again.

If you are asked to deal with any matter via private message, PLEASE report it.

Everything I say is opinion only. If you are unsure on any comment made, you should see a qualified solicitor

The bank needs to be reported. If the CPA is cancelled, the transaction should be declined. Not allowed to happen and then be reversed.
