That sounds to me more like a threat that they are actually considering the assignment.

I rather suspect that this type of letter might not be acceptable to the regulators !

std JDW letter

if they are selling the debt on

I bet its loaded with all manner of £12 PENALTY charges.

get an sar off to JDW

and get reclaiming.

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Defaault date was April 2014.. Yes there are a few £12 fees on the account, but don t really see any use in reclaiming them as it wont reduce the 4 figure balance that much.

The person I'm helping out is close to 80, lives in council house and has no assets. So shes just going to ignore all the debt letters anyway and pass them to me.

To quote.. "If I die in debt, Ive made a profit.."
