Recentley ive gotten back into writing a few short stories for fun. Mainly because a few friends of mine saw some very rough drafts and thought i should take it back up.

However, i havent found a decent site where i can upload them, people can download, read, and comment/give feedback.

Right now, theyre hosted on Google Drive and Dropbox, but im really after somewhere that allows feedback, but maintains the functionality of the above sites.

Anyone have any idea if such a site exists? I could write my own site and scripts, but i simply dont have time to do that right now.

Any advice i give is my own and is based solely on personal experience. If in any doubt about a situation , please contact a certified legal representative or debt counsellor..

If my advice helps you, click the star icon at the bottom of my post and feel free to say thanks

Interesting, no I dont think I have heard of such a site, imp. I did think that "kickstarter" might be of use, but I think that is more about raising funds / finding backers to launch a project.

Yea it is CB. I'm going to keep looking, but i dont want to go through the work needed to set up my own site, write the code and scripts as well as a possible SQL database or HTML5 script just for feedback. Thats too much work really just for a small hobby.

Publish to Kindle

Publish your book for free and reach millions of readers.

Earn royalties of up to 70%. Available for sales to customers

in the U.S., U.K, Germany, and many more countries.

Publish quickly. Easily publish in just minutes and

have your book appear on Amazon sites within two days.

Distribute globally. Publish once and sell worldwide on

Amazon sites. Easily publish your book in multiple languages.

Publish to the Kindle ecosystem. Make your book

available for all Kindle devices and free Kindle reading apps.

Your readers will be able to leave comments/ feedback through amazon.

Concerning you writing code / mysql etc for this, is custom really needed? There are open source scripts out there which you can quickly customise yourself, some open source web scripts will also allow you to customise them to an extent without the need for any programming knowledge.

Anyway, if you do decide to publish on Amazon via Kindle, you can make your books free. You can also decide to sell your books and earn royalties on your sales.

If I've given you advice, then it is just my thoughts / opinions - doesn't mean I am right!
