Unless done by pm the dates have not been identified with the exception of the oldest one being 10 or 12 years ago. Hence before giving opinion it is vital to know the facts. We don't want to be in the same position as another forum now do we.

It is the opening date that is important here not dates of transactions

Any opinion I give is from personal experience .

They may not agree with the cca requests however getting your debts into a manageable state is the priority.

Imho get the plan set up and running and do the cca requests alongside. That is what i would do if i were in your position. Having said that there is no magic cure and you need to do what works for you

just back from citizens advice and

told me i would not be admissible for the DAS scheme as i have been making minimum payments

and not defaulting, even though i am on the breadline.

told me to go on their website and pick a financial adviser who will charge a minimum of £75 for advice

"dont have £75 btw".

told me to tell the wife to try and take up full employment if she can although my son needs her

and the fact that she will lose at least £500-£600 in benefits

also told me to check that i have not been mis sold ppi but did,nt recommend anyone....

.. ah well back to the drawing board for me then.

You really need to do cca requests as

Already discussed

And a SAR to each original lender first

don't use the phone

send an sar to the original creditor

you only need ONE SAR if you have multiple cards/loans/accounts with the same 'bank'
