I would suggest that "Complaints" CCA Requests are not sent to the PO Box anything requiring a signature or Proof of Delivery should be addressed to.

They still have to sign for anything that requires a signature, when they collect from their PO BOX, I wont say too much but there is one very high profile DCA who is too nervous about collecting their mail from the PO BOX and insist that it is delivered, it is not Lowells.

Its better to use a real address. Not a po box.

Yes, but with some companies they may be signing for multiple items, in which case it is difficult to link the signature to your item.
