I would say that it is perfectly legal and to be honest may be the best way of getting it stopped. 6years from now it will have vanished. Is the DN compliant btw

Getting what stopped Fletch? The debt doesn't appear on my credit file. They tried to contact me yesterday by phone. Don't know why, between that and the DN it's almost like they are unaware of the payment arrangements?

The DN. It will now probably appear on your credit file for 6 years. Are you sure it does not appear on any credit file? IMHO you need to be all over them like a case of crabs, any contradiction you take them to task

Any opinion I give is from personal experience .
