Hey,

Several years ago I had a vanquis bank card which I ditched due to their 8+ calls a day. I just noticed on my noodle credit report that the £200 (of £250 total) which was on there has now grown to £700+. Interestingly enough, I haven't received any statements, paperwork etc... about this so I'm tempted to sit there and watch it grow for pure amusements sake.

if I were to start a reclaim,(I've done this with banks, not CC's with Interest) what's the starting point? And what interest do I charge? I'm pretty sure their interest was 20 odd % or higher, so do I work it out at their rate or the stat 8%?

i'm rusty at this :) Did my last claims back in erm... 06 I think lol :D

Cheers,

A

Looking at my Credit Report, they stopped charging interest about a year ago or so and froze the account. Do I just carry on charging interest past that date to hither?

Cool. I'll just keep riding this one out to see how far these clowns will take it. At the moment nothing's been said for over 18 months or so.

The more interest the merrier :D Let's do what they're doing to me in reverse :p
