I would like some help please as I am a bit confused about the state of my account.

I have recently fully paid off all of my account, including several BNPL items before there due date. Through working out the amount that needed to be paid I did not think at the time that I had overpaid may account but according to my latest statement it may appear that I have.

My available to spend amount is £1,176.10

Credit Limit £1,050

Balance -£126.10

According the the online statement my next payment should be -£126.10? What does that mean? Do they owe me and if so how do I go about claiming this money back whether through purchasing something using the overpaid amount or through a refund?

I would be grateful for any help, thanks.

Not sure, but on a side note, have you ever been forced to pay any insurances, or recieved any late payment charges, such as £25 ones or £12 ones?

Any advice i give is my own and is based solely on personal experience. If in any doubt about a situation , please contact a certified legal representative or debt counsellor..

If my advice helps you, click the star icon at the bottom of my post and feel free to say thanks

Any help please? £126 is a lot of money for me to be entitled to but have no way of claiming back. Is it possible to buy something outright with it? Or ask them to pay it back to my card or in a check?
