Hi,

Three days after my first letter arrived with Halifax I had a response saying they were prepared to give me about 316pounds of 595pounds as a good will gesture.

I am about to send off my amalgamated rejection + lba letter now, giving them 14 days before court proceedings are commenced.

However, in my schedule, I have included a charge that has not yet been taken out of my account. You see, after the last direct debit charge of 30pound, they said a further 28pound would come out of my account on November 28.

Should I include this on my schedule? If so, should I give them four weeks to respond?

Thanks in advance for any advice

all the best

Colin

i think, from reading other posts, you can only put down whats been taken from your account.

i have one due out then too !!!

but haven't got as far as the LBA yet so hopefully this charge will just make it on to the final figure when i get to that part of my claim. Good luck with it though.

A schedule of charges can only include money that has been removed already.

You can alter the schedule to include and charges up to the date you file your claim.

If you incur any extra charges, you don't have to send a new schedule to the bank showing each new charge. The final schedule given to the court is passed on to the defendant with the claim.
