I suppose it depends on each case. I'd say provide as much as you can, but you could always call the Compliance officer in question and ask if you need to bring any specific documents.

If you can't cope with :antone:'s suggestion cos of your disability, three to six months worth of monthly statements for a current account and the most recent annual statement for a savings account.

 

A Work n Pensions Compliance Officer can ask for any bank statements s/he wants to see for any period a claimant's been in receipt of state benefits.
