Hi All,

I had a CCJ for over £14k egg loan made against in 2006 I didn't defend the claim and there was an interim charging order made against our property later a final charging order was registered in 2007.

I am paying £40 to DCA for this debt from 2011.

Question is there anything I can do now? Any advice offered would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Bob

Sounds to me like you are being cash cowed. Can you give as much info as possible.

Have you checked to see if the dca can even enforce the ccj? Havw you made any legal requests for documents? Which dca is it?

Any advice i give is my own and is based solely on personal experience. If in any doubt about a situation , please contact a certified legal representative or debt counsellor..

If my advice helps you, click the star icon at the bottom of my post and feel free to say thanks

Hi Thanks for your quick response,

I had bad time with my business in 2004 and eventually it become a court case with HSBC business loan. AT that time I could not deal with any other creditors and in the end, of which all defaulted.

I knew it was my mistake and mentally I was not fit.

Egg has taken advantage of CCJ and CO.

I sent SAR request and got a reply but I could not get much information or any court papers.

DCA is drydens ltd
