they are two sep things. you say they can dispute the chargeback upto 30days from you doing it, i've not checked that ..but its immaterial once that time has passed should they not dispute it. under the statute of limitations (same as if someone owes YOU money or you have a debt like a credit card one) the person/company that claims a debt is owed has 6yrs from the debtors last payment or action to try and collect it. or raise a court claim.
Sorry to keep on I don’t understand why the visa guidelines says 30 days but then you say 6 years thanks

anyone with a shred of decency ... and When you look at the damning cross party public accounts committee report on Priti monstrous' antics, with no apparent progress following a damning critical National Audit Office report, which was released in June : "has drawn up immigration policies on “anecdote, assumption and prejudice” instead of relying on evidence" "the report painted a “very accurate picture of a clueless, careless and cold-hearted Home Office. It is but the latest in a slew of reports to slam the Home Office’s working culture and practices.”" " the committee said in summary that Home Office’s officials had “no idea” what its £400m annual spending on immigration enforcement achieves." Sounds like they should be sacked and the wasted £400M budget go to the #realNHStestandtrace https://www.theguardian.com/politics/2020/sep/18/home-office-policies-based-anecdotes-prejudice-damning-report

Jennyripper1974 posted a post in a topic,I’m in desperate need of help
I bought some clothes online in may through Evans and paid through PayPal
returned them all seven days later
I waited the 14days for my refund and no refund came
I put in a dispute through PayPal but I didn’t get any emails to escalate the case - PayPal closed it.
evans said they couldn’t refund the money because PayPal have cancelled the refund because of the open dispute
I contacted PayPal
they said the dispute had been closed but Evans at no point had attempted a refund.
fast forward to today
I’ve got copies of numerous messages sent to and from twitter messages as it’s the only way I can contact them
I’ve also contacted their customer service too
all I get is PayPal have cancelled refund because dispute is still open.
I have proved that the dispute is closed
I have got an email saying that if Evans sent the refund they would accept it
but up until the date I got the email they have not once attempted a refund .
I have sent them a letter before court email
I have even offered to have the full refund as a gift card just to get this sorted !
I’m literally at the end of my tether and don’t know where to turn next !
i suffer with mental health issues and this is affecting my health and I’d saved the money for a year to buy these clothes as I’m on a low income .
