Hi. I sold and item on ebay which habe to be picked up by buyer. It is pick up only so buyer will habe to pick it up and she paid for it through paypal. So she can prove it and if I give her item now she could claim the money back as I gonna end up with no prove she collected and item from me. What should I do, can I ask buyer to sing hand written note that she picket the item up?

You could get them to sign a copy of the PayPal receipt, the trouble is, they could still easily say that they didn't collect it, and you would have to prove that the person that collected it is the same as the account owner... which really isn't worth the hassle.

eBay will always go in the buyers favor, so if the buyer wanted to screw you over, they could easily.

I would personally refund the money via PayPal and tell them it has to be cash on collection.

Yes cash on collection only if they are picking something up.

its to easy for someone to pay with PayPal, pick the item up then say they've not received it.

PayPal will then refund them as there's nothing you can show them that proves it was picked up.
