Do jd parking consultants ltd do court , asking for a friend who got a ticket in April last year and now getting the usual debt recovery plus garbage , now wanting £160 thanks.

If with DR+ you can guarantee that it is the last hurrah for this demand. To be cert1ain we would need to know the history of the claim as this is a small outfit that has not popped its head up before

It is dr+ ltd for parking in the old angel pub in Doncaster without a permit . He was working as a temp doorman on the night at the angel.

Then he had permission from occupier of land to be there and that trumps parking co's claim. Safe to ignore ALL correspondence from DR+, they are rentathreats and dont even have a credit licence so their adding a bit on for themselvesa nd handling monies for third parties is unlawful.

If it came down to it, he could have complained to the pub. As it is, DR+ have this now so two or three more letters then all goes quiet.

 

Just spotted something. On the JD website if gives a link to click which takes you to Parking Collection Services that has a company number of:

Coincidentally, that company number belongs to Debt Recovery Plus
