State Pension and Pension Credit

Afternoon - posting on behalf of my Mother and Father.

 

They both have their DLA award letters through already (pensionable age so no change to PiP) but have not had their pensions letters yet. Does anyone know when abouts these are due to be sent to recipients of state pension and pensions credit? Also, is there an increment increase this year?

If you're talking about notification of the annual uprating I'd have expected your parents to have received letters by now. But given the current chaos:?: Chase if they've not heard any thing by the end of March.

Increment to the basic state pension from April 14 is 2.7%.

Thanks, Margaret. I did think they would have had something by now. I will tell my Father to call at the end of next week if nothing is through.
