How can it be possible to pay an endowment mortgage for 12 years at about 240.00 a month and when you come to change your mortgage over to another company..you owe more than you borrowed!! how much interest do they put on..Even though we did struggle with paying it..late payment fees etc...must of paid them over 30.000...:mad2:

your monthly payments should equal your annual interest payment, so any excess must have been caused by fees and interest on those fees. Have you been receiving annual statements?

This mortgage i am referring to was about 7 years ago..i was going through papers to see if i could claim on the arrears charges etc and started adding up all that i had paid to them..just doesnt seem right..although its probably legal!!

Tried claiming those fee's back?

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
