I'n not sure if I am in the correct area to ask this question.

I have a customer I supply goods to - I delvier to there customer and install. The problem is my customer has not paid there bills - I'm I able to claim ownership with there customer.

It looks as though my customer is going out of bussiness.

Are you asking whether you can claim ownership over goods supplied to your customer?

If so, it depends on whether there is a retention of title clause in your contract with the customer. If you have a retention of title clause you can probably claim ownership over the goods. If not then you can't.
