Hi all,

Letter from the court received yesterday. Doesn't look as though the judge has accepted the draft directions. This is probably due to a hearing date being given of 14:00pm on 30 March 2007 which obviously means that all copies of documents need to be delivered by 15th March. Therefore draft directions wouldn't be needed in this case.

Not long to go now :)

Sheffield. I am suprised that I got a hearing so quickly as I would have envisaged ever increasing waiting times due to the amount of activity going on around charges.

Needless to say I'm more than happy that the end is in sight! :)

Yeah, that is quick. Shame they did'nt agree to the directions, but as you say the date is so soon its not likely to make any difference anyway.

Just looked at the date on the cheque...

It's dated 09/02/2007! Whilst I wouldn't have minded it earlier it did at least continue to build interest whilst at Cobbetts! :p

This is pretty normal, they do tend to write out their cheques in batches but not neccessarily post them all at once, which seems to be the case with yours.
