Hi All,

I have a phone mediation appointment on Tuesday with Lowells in regards to their claim against me for CC debt.

Has anybody experienced this recently? I would like to know what to expect and perhaps some guidance as to the best way to approach it?

My defence was based purely on them not supplying the correct information and making a spurious claim.

Any and all input is welcome and appreciated.

Many thanks

TMTF

Do you have another thread somewhere?

If not can you give us some more background please.

And that is why you must not start new threads on the same case...please stick to one thread.

  • 3 months later...

Just an update for you.

My mediation was pretty one sided and it was made clear that this was not the time to argue legalities or Lowells's process failures.

I eventually agreed to pay a small amount each month and reduced the amount.

If you have a strong case and feel you can win at court then I would recommend NOT accepting mediation.
