DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

It would be nice if an organisation as large as the BBC would actually write an accurate unbiased article rather just take the cheap tabloid approach to journalism. Councils are restricted to what signs they use by law they cannot just change them as it would just as likely lead to more cancellations. Trying to compare Shepherds Bush with Hertfordshire is like comparing apples to oranges! Hertfordshire changed the signs and gave refunds because the lane did not comply with either the law (TSRGD 2002) or the DfT traffic signs manual, the Sheperds bush lane has specific approval from the DfT due to being on the offside and if they changed the signs ALL tickets would be invalid. There are far more adjudications that refuse appeals on these lanes than agree the signs are wrong, the adjudicators are NOT traffic engineers and its just their opinion the lane is confusing. Only yesterday there was a case where the appeal was refused and the adjudicator stated the signage was clear case no. 2140002005. Councils have a duty to change the signs if the signs do not comply with the law and not because someone thinks they look confusing.

But way would they want to change them when there bring in money.

Why would they want to change them if it made the bus lane unenforceable? People still park on double yellow lines which can hardly be considered as 'confusing', people stop on zig zags are they confusing to? What about 'bus stops' do people really forget they are in a car when they stop on a bus stop? Maybe if drivers took responsibilty for their actions once in a while rather than blame Councils fewer tickets would be issued.
