they stpped in and took 1000 pound from a current account but it was not credited to the debt

 

So where did the £1000 go, and when was this.

i had an current account with halifax and a credit card

 

i owed them 4000 and the offset with the current but i dsar them and

 

it show that the current account is owned by loyds

 

and it show that the current account is minus 1000

 

and that the credit account does not have that money taken off so the statment say i still owe 4000

plus i believe they sent me a new terms and condition as i believe in 2002 the protection did not cover self employed and im self employed but the summary of the insurance they sent did cover full time employees
