I have received a PCN for stopping in this YBJ. There is a bus stop on the right, a bus pulled out at the time causing me to stop. I'm going to appeal. Can anyone check if the junction is valid one please? Thank you.

Hi guys,

thanks for the welcome and replies.

No my car is not in view in the pic, I was on Ealing Road. When I moved into the YBJ there was space for a car behind the bus. But soon after, the bus on the right lane indicated, pulled out and changed lane, so I waited inside the YBJ to give space for the bus to pull out. Then when I moved again the green car on the side road quickly moved in to fill that space and then traffic started moving.

I'm going to explain this, thought I'll also add about the junction if its not valid. So worth mentioning it not meeting the kerb?
