Hi all don't know if this is right place, but here it is. I am thinking about signing up to Noodle Improve Credit Rating for £30.00. I have noticed this in their T&C :

3.4 Once You have paid the fee, applied for the Noddle Improve services and been accepted, then You will be given immediate access to the services and the resources available on the noddle.co.uk website and You will be given your credit score immediately. Accordingly, as You will have immediate access to the Noddle Improve services, once You have been accepted You agree that You will have no right to cancel this agreement under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

Why would you have no right to cancel under (Distance Selling Regs) ?

Any advice please.

Credit score is worthless. Never ever pay for it. it is there as a way to make the credit agencies ( they are private companies) extra money for no work. Every lender has their own set criteria on eligibility for clients. The silly credit score isnt one of them.

The credit card is purely to check you ar ewho you say you are.

If you cant get the online version, apply for the postal statutory one instead.

Any advice i give is my own and is based solely on personal experience. If in any doubt about a situation , please contact a certified legal representative or debt counsellor..

If my advice helps you, click the star icon at the bottom of my post and feel free to say thanks
