Hi Andy

Just an update. Unfortunately I didn't have £155 to send in to request the judgement struck out, but rather than do nothing, I wrote to the court asking for clarification as to the two different outcomes. I have today received correspondence from the court, it says.......

After reading a letter from me dated 14th July it is ordered that the judgement against me is hereby set aside as the claim has been struck out, they have also sent me a certificate of satisfaction or cancellation of debt

Thanks so much Andy for all your help, just thought this update might help someone else. Let's hope that's the end of it, fingers crossed.
