As a newbie to this site and forum I am not sure I am asking the right question in the correct forum so please be patient with me. I have had a Mint CC for some time now I think around 7 years. I have paid PPI from the start as I was told my application could be denied if I did not take the PPI. I have a disability and I have had to claim on the PPI. I am now retired, through ill health. mint have continued to take the PPI payments although they know I am not employed any more. My question is would my claim stand up given the fact I have claimed on the policy in the past?

Thanks in advance for your help :-)
