Dear

FINAL REMINDER - ACTION BY DEBT COLLECTION AGENCY

Your account has been passed to us for action and a £100 severe arrears fee has been added in addition to interest continuing to accrue at 1% per day.

You must contact us URGENTLY to make arrangements to settle your account. Should you fail to do so, your account will be passed to a Debt Collector. The Debt Collector will then add a further 20% to the amount owing.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT OUR DEBT COLLECTORS ARE LEGALLY ENTITLED TO CALL AT YOUR HOME TO RECOVER OUR MONEY - DO YOU REALLY WANT DEBT COLLECTORS CALLING AT YOUR HOME?

Should you fail to repay the Debt Collection Agency, we are entitled to take legal action against you in the County Court which could result in a County Court Judgement (CCJ).

A CCJ registered against you will remain on your credit file for six years and will seriously affect your ability to obtain any form of credit in the future.

Remember, the longer your account remains unpaid, the more interest, charges and legal charges are being added.

It is not too late to avoid the Debt Collectors but TIME IS RUNNING OUT.

You MUST contact us URGENTLY on 028 417 53414

Get that over to the OFT, they are NOT allowed to send stuff like that, severe breach of the reglations in all aspects.

http://www.oft.gov.uk

The OFT will give you a generic 'we do not deal with individuals' complaint reply but they are logging all complaints about the PDL industry.

Their £100 severe overdue fee is not legally binding, no matter how much they try and bluster that it is.

The cgarges and interest are unlawful. Get the array of letters sebt to them and leave them in no uncertainty that YOU will take legal action against them for harassment, and mire if their actions cause you to lose your job.

Any advice i give is my own and is based solely on personal experience. If in any doubt about a situation , please contact a certified legal representative or debt counsellor..

If my advice helps you, click the star icon at the bottom of my post and feel free to say thanks
