I was in car accident 20/12/2013.

I was in hospital for just 3 days,

my brighthouse payment was due on the 21st so yes I missed it due to being drugged up on morphine.

even when I got out I wasn't myself.

I turned my mobile on, on the 24th(was off since accident)

.19 missed calls from brighthouse.

2 notes through letterbox to say they had been out.

my partner went up and told them what happened along with 50 pounds.

they told her they wanted to speak with me.

she told them I wasn't well enough,

they called anyway,

I answered,

store manager here it said,

yes I replied.

we need 120 to cover u for this and next week..

I told her she best take the 50 my partner has and I would b in with my next payment following Friday.

will it be Friday Morning or afternoon?,

I said probs afternoon,

will it be before 4pm?

look Al b in when I Am in.

I have never missed a payment before and

always paid extra into my yellow which they took without asking..

I am annoyed by the way they have acted to 1 missed payment.

I have ocs and dlc which armed with what I have read on here will be taking it off

and have them contact me by mail only

and telling them not to come near my door again.
