:xBarclays have sent information to my credit file allowing incorrect markers to be put on it,

but my statements from the time show Barclays crediting my account.

It shows nothing about me paying into anything.

It would show up as a payment from me to them with an account name or reference,

with an account no and how much I pay but there is nothing but them crediting me. :x

or get a default placed.

use our grey toolbar up the top

the search on the right of it

type in

ap marker.

there are many threads there,

inc ones with letters from 'the brig'

that have worked well.

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Hi Charley and welcome to CAG

Can you tell us a little more, like :-

Do you have a Barclays a/c that is overdrawn or Out of Order in any way.

Is there any arrangement or agreement about repaying the bank.

If so, have you kept to it.

:-)

We could do with some help from you
