My husband and I were involved in a car accident on 20 February 2011.

The other car admitted liability and Minster Law have been our solicitors in this matter,

I, as the driver, was not too badly hurt but my husband's neck which had already injured in a previous accident

and was waiting for titanium to be put into his neck in an operation scheduled for around August that year, was badly jarred.

The operation was brought forward and performed in April 2011.

My question is that all medical reports have been finalised in June 2013 and

our solicitors (when we have pressed them) are 'reviewing' his case - how does the limitation affect this?

I have read that if it needs to go to court we could lose rights because of the time limits.

Our solicitors never get in touch at all.

Any advice would be gratefully received.

Many thanks.

as long as you have started the claim within 3 yrs you should be ok

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Oh OK thanks very much. Set our minds at rest. If only solicitors would communicate what's going on (even if not much)!

Have your solicitors issued Court proceedings yet? If Court proceedings are not issued within 3 years of the accident date your claim will be statute barred and will fail.

You've got just under two months so I wouldn't start to panic just yet.
