Can you help me too please . I got a ticket from them last night - it says I was parked on the land when I wasnt in the premises. It doesnt say which premises although the shops probably not open? There was no barrier and no prominent signs. I am very reluctant to pay and need to know how to proceed. Thanks

You really need to start your own thread as advice to you will get confused with op.

I have asked the site team to set up a new thread.

If I were the OP, I would go back to the area they parked and take pictures of any signs warning of penalties for parking.

This is a civil matter and you just need to gain evidence to help you, if they ever bothered to take you to court.

We could do with some help from you.

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Hi Liz will

Follow the advice of the people on this site (they have brains full of good advice). Sounds like it was the same carpark as me ?? But as they say take pictures,Send everything Recorded, keep the recpts .Also keep the envelope's with post marks. My POPLA appeal went in late due to there being no code on the rejection letter

So Read posts, listen to advice, keep everything and take pitures. Its very easy to give in and make it go away.. Dont

As far as i can work out the Person who owns it owns the cresent of shops on lodge drive .So for the use of people using the shops??? .So i assume you can be there from 9.00 am till 5.30pm if your in the shops ??

Its an easy target as soon as the shops close .But they cant really police during the day

I've only ever seen people being ticketed at night so just a cash cow .Theres been a few new pubs and eating establishment's open up recently so loads of tickets

First of all. was the ticket placed on the vehicle? If so what does it say that isnt allowed by the terms of parking? The reason you quote is a dead duck for parking companies if they want to push it so they are hoping you will pay them. If you got a demand through the post how was it addressed? Driver, keeper?

  • 1 month later...

Hi, I posted on here just around Christmas when I received a ticket from ANPR in Culcheth. I replied citing inadequate sineage and asking for a number to go to appeal. I have today received six! outstanding parking notices. Four identical and two with the same reference number but a different letter at the end. How to proceed please ? I cant spot any appeal number.I would be grateful for advice because I am not paying - but want to do this as legally as I can.

Thanks

A penalty notice? It doesn't say that does it?

You need to confirm a few things...

you received a windscreen ticket on 21st dec?

Did you reply to the windscreen ticket?

Are all the letters from ANPR the same? (apart from the G & H)

We need to see one of the letters(redacted of personal info.)
