GPRS...ap-prepaidsession

Hello

I am new to this forum so excuse me if this has already been covered.

I am on orange payg and my £££ is being constantly eroded by 'GPRS...ap-prepaidsession'

I have switched off all things that would use data but every hour or so 'GPRS...ap-prepaidsession' appears on my account and drains my ££££.

I have experienced this problem over the past couple of years.

But only with Orange.

I have left orange and gone to O2 no problem, unfortunately Orange is the only provider that gives decent service where I am.

So go back to Orange and bingo 'GPRS...ap-prepaidsession' starts again.

I have called Orange on numerous occasions - waste of time!

I have consulted with mobile shops and other tech people, they all offer similar advice but problem persists.

5 weeks ago Orange service dropped out (mast problem) just come back on and guess what 'GPRS...ap-prepaidsession' appears to have been active and drained my ££££.

 

 

Totally confused why is it just on Orange???

Anybody out there had this problem?

Hello there.

 

Can you turn mobile data off? That should fix the problem. Bear in mind that you may be unable to send picture messages if you do this, as they generally use GPRS.
