Hi, I bank with Halifax and upon looking through my Internet banking statements this morning I noticed a charge for £32.00 from the website aliexpress. The site is Chinese and I have never made a purchase from here or signed up.

I am unable to get in contact with anyone from this aliexpress, will my bank be able to help?

Hello and Welcome,

Yes contact your bank, the bank is obliged by law to refund you immediately unless they can prove that the transaction was authorised by you or that you were at fault.

Any advice I give is honest and in good faith.:)

If in doubt, you should seek the opinion of a Qualified Professional.

If you can, please donate to this site.

Help keep it up and active, helping people like you.

If you no longer require help, please do what you can to help others

is this a direct debit?

if it is get all the payment back under the dd guarantee

if its an old card payment

use the CPA rules.

find out first

and comeback if needs be.

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
