Has anyone had problem with AA warranty claim?

my car has a problem,

told AA about it and was told to take it to the dealer for a quote.

which I did and was told it will cost £1500 to repair.

I have AA Warranty, which I can claim £2000 at once and is unlimited claim.

Now AA said they are not paying because the problem to the car is due to wear and tear

but the dealer said no, that it is mechanical failure.

The two party spoke each and AA now sent an independent access-or. Attached is his report.

Please help how I can take this forward because I took this warranty because of this sort of things. the car is only 4yrs.

eitherway SOGA or AA warranty, it should not fail after 4yrs

the dealer p'haps should be reminded they are duty bound under SOGA to repair it then

as they've nicely said its failed in writing...got 'em!!
